About All-Seasons
All-Seasons Grounds Maintenance, Inc. is owned and operated by Josh Grant. The corporation was founded in 1979 by his father, James Grant. Currently All-Seasons has 15-20 full time employees. Josh, President, grew up in the business and followed his father’s footsteps joining the company full time in 2012 after obtaining his Associates of Horticulture from CVCC and Bachelor’s of Architecture from UNC-Charlotte. Together they grew the company over several years before James retired. With formal training, real world expertise, and a creative passion we have designed a unique experience unmatched by any other landscape contractor. We stand by our three core principals of quality, reliability and value to maintain our professional and leading reputation in Hickory, NC.
Our Process
Everything begins with a phone call to establish project details. Whether you are interested in lawn care services or landscape installation, we will gather your information and create a scope of work detail. From there a meeting will be scheduled with Josh or one of our project managers to discuss your needs on site. Maintenance contract estimates are a quick 24-48 hour turn around while our landscape design services are more involved. Install estimate turn around times depend on the type of project, drawing requirements, etc. Most landscape estimates are finished within a week from consult.
Please be aware that we do have fees for any design services and a project minimum of $2,500 for any installation project. Additionally, our maintenance division does not offer one time services, per service requests, or turf programs without a maintenance contract. All maintenance work must be in a year round, full service 12 month care contract. More information can be found on the Services page or Q&A page.
Our Team
- Karen Johnson is our office secretary and bookkeeper. You can reach her by calling the office or emailing her at secretary@allseasonsground.com
- Chris Triplett is our project manager for hardscape installations. He is a licensed landscape contractor and NC State horticulture graduate.
- Eric Johnson is our maintenance manager. He is a former NC landscape contractor and brings many years of expertise from his own company, The Landscape Group, which he sold to work with All-Seasons.
- Geoffrey Watson is our turf/pest manager. He is a NC licensed pesticide applicator and manages our spray and turf care division.
- Isaac Bush is a recent addition to the team. He is in training to be a second project designer and install manger with the goals of expanding our installation division.
- In addition to these few individuals, we have many other foremen, crew leaders, and team members who have been with our company for many years and continue to receive training yearly.
All-Seasons worked with me from day one of planning my pool. Josh provided great feedback on placement and where we could save money. When it was time to lay pavers his crew was always on time. Even if it rained they would come out and do what they could to get the job done. The crew that came out was very professional and respectful. Our pool deck turned out awesome.

All-Seasons just finished an amazing patio at our home.
